TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT BY PROMOTING BIODIVERSITY AND THE UNDERSTANDING OF PAST AND PRESENT HUMAN ACTIVITY AND ITS IMPACT ON THE ENVIRONMENT.2.  TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION,IMPROVEMENT AND HISTORY OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT.

**Activities:** Management and improvement of Jubilee Stone Wood and Badgers Wood Nature Reserves in Cheston Combe,  Backwell, North Somerset by use of volunteer effort to facilitate biodiversity and to create a recreational and educational resource for the district.  Programme of events for members and public.
