RCCG Harvest Fellowship Church 0 23. Atbtn Sireei Rugbv Wan4'1ckshlre Cl'212SD Em•ii: rc¢ghf¢rugbvfi gm•iL¢om W.. recgbierftll0w$knlp.g TRUSTEES REPORT 2024 2024 has been a year of growth and impact for the church. Through the various church events and initiatives, we have continued to serve our community, fostering connection, support. and development. A major opportunity offered by Rugby Town Centre Management, leading to action taken to grow the church and one that would significantly affect our costs, was to be offered a town centre large business premises for free {except utilities). (We were offered whatwas previously used byArgos - to give some idea of the size and location). This was inspired and led to a massive growth spurt forthe church. However, this offer of the facility changed during the 2024 year. as the Church was asked to vacate the original"Argos" premises and move into a different smaller one, where we were asked to pay service charge. This had not been part of the offer in the previous premises. We are therefore still in discussions as to the affordability of this service charge as well as payingthe overheads forthe new space. We continue to support the refugee community in Rugby through our English language classes. We have seen a growth in numbers of those accessingthe provision. We have also had quite a fewvisitsto ourchurch services by some of the students in our English language classes. Within the RCCG Global Missions objectives, in 2024 we continued to be a designated viewing centre for various RCCG Europe Continent 9 programmes. so that any RCCG member in ourvicinity and in the Warwickshire environs would have a place tojoin in events and activities. Additionally, in November 2024. we. as the Zonal Headquarters for Zone 1. Province 1, Region 4 UK, hosted the secondzonal conference for the Zone. bringingtogether all pastors, ministers. workers and members otthe 28-30 RCCG Parishes under the Zone. This year, our Province Pastor. (Who hasjust been promoted to the post of Regional Pastor of Region 4 UK) was the guest minister. It was a blessing to be the first Parish at which he would minister after his promotion. The decision to give the founding Pastor, Morola Hayden a regular stipend {agreed 2020 of £5001month} has still not been realised. although a petrol allowance of £501week has been maintained throughout the year. General Overseer: Pastor E.A. Adeboye Senior Pastor: Pastor Morola Hayden Jesus Christ the same yesterday. and today. and forever. Heb. 73."8 Charity Registration Number: 1109356. Telephone: 01788716014.
Pastor Ola did attend the Minister's Special Holy Ghost service and conference. called'solemn Assembly.. in Nigeria and was supported with a donation of £1000 for travel and accommodation. Key Events and Activities: 1. The Light Up Warwickshire [April 2024] event was successfully held. bringing together the communityin a celebration of local culture, creativityand unity. The eventwas well-attended and received positive feedback from participants, helping to strengthen community bonds. It also served as our Easter Feast this year. 2. The Prayer Conference took place from June 14th to 16th. This 3-dayeventfeatured a guest speaker. teachings. and prayer sessions. offering spiritual nourishment 8nd guidance to attendees. The conference was well-received. with strong participation from both members and visitors. 3. Community Engagement Initiatives: Warm Hub for the Needy: We continued and expanded our warm hub initiative. providing a safe and warm space for those in need. especially during the colder months. The hub has seen increased usage. reflecting its importance to the community. Harvest Futures (Homework Club): Our Harvest Futures homework club continued to support young people with their educational needs. The program was scaled up this year, reaching more students and providing essential resources and tutoringto help them succeed academically. Grant Funding for Youth Activities and Warm Hub: Efforts were made to secure additional grant funding to support youth activities and the warm hub. We have been successful with these efforts. These funds have been instrumental in maintaining and expanding these critical services. Signed by trustee: Name: Adeyemi Ladipo Date: General Overseer: Pastor E.A.
