To Provide Or Assist In The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation And Other Leisure Time Occupation For The Beneficiaries Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances In The Interests Of Social Welfare With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life.3. To Advance Education By Providing Are And Craft Workshops In Particular But Not Exclusively In Singing, Dancing And Drama.
