-
a) Director’s report
-
The year 2025 has been quiet a challenging year for our organisation due to costof-living crisis in the United Kingdom. The cost-of-living crisis and lack of funding have forced our organisation to just provide minimum service to our serviceusers.
b) Finances
-
It has been difficult for our organisation to get funds from different funding bodies and grants making organisations. Many applications for grants and funding were made, but unfortunately most of them were unsuccessful. However we were forced to adapt to the current situation and worked very hard throughout the year in order to enable our organisation to sustain during the year 2025.
-
c) Organisational development Given the actual state of the financial situation of our organisation, we were not able to provide as much as possible different kinds of projects and activities for our service-users as we have planned to do.
We took advantage of taking part in different kind of training projects. These projects enabled our organisation management committee’s members and volunteers to develop resilience and become more effective to run and implement well the work of our organisation in the current situation.

Thank you to the National Lottery Community Fund for providing our organisation with the financial support to run these projects.
