THE RELIEF AND SUPPORT OF PEOPLE WHO ARE LABELLED AS HAVING LEARNING DIFFICULTIES/DISABILITIES WHO LIVE, WORK OR HAVE A CONNECTION WITH THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF THROUGH SERVICES WHICH WILL ENABLE PEOPLE WHO ARE LABELLED AS HAVING LEARNING DIFFICULTIES/DISABILITIES TO OBTAIN THEIR FULL RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES AS CITIZENS AND2. THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF PROFESSIONALS, CARERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC ABOUT THE NEEDS AND INTERESTS OF PEOPLE WHO ARE LABELLED AS HAVING LEARNING DIFFICULTIES/DISABILITIES SO THAT PEOPLE WHO ARE LABELLED AS HAVING LEARNING DIFFICULTIES/DISABILITIES MAY ACHIEVE FULL PARTICIPATION IN THE COMMUNITY.

**Activities:** We are people with a learning disability who speak up for ourselves and others. As well as working for everyone who has a learning disability we have groups for communities of interest: women, men, older people, young people, and people from a black or minority ethnic background. We run training courses and consultations.
