**Objects:** TO RELIEVE PEOPLE LIVING IN NORTHAMPTONSHIRE WHO HAVE OR HAVE HAD MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ADVICE.

**Activities:** Out-of Hours Crisis and Counselling service for people 18 years and over who are experiencing emotional crisis or mental distress.  Open from Saturday evening to Tuesday evening, 6pm - 2am.  We offer a non-referral drop-in, phone support and counselling to the people of North Northants, and phone support and counselling to South Northants.
