**Objects:** 1) TO SUPPORT, PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR CARERS OF PEOPLE SUFFERING WITH HEART RELATED ILLNESSES IN THE DUDLEY BOROUGH AND SURROUNDING AREAS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A SUPPORT NETWORK, EDUCATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE THUS ALLOWING THEM TO LEAD MORE INDEPENDENT LIVES.2) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF PATIENTS BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, SUPPORT SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES.3) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN AREAS RELATING TO HEART RELATED ILLNESS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF LECTURES AND LITERATURE.

**Activities:** Supporting patients with heart problems , including dementia and other stress related health matters together with their carers who may be  helped by professionals, these will be discussed privately at Group meetings .
