Objects: 1) To Provide Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation In The Interests Of Social Welfare And Community Cohesion, For People Living At Enfield Island Village And The Surrounding Area Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Infirmity Or Disablement, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants.2) To Advance Education And Promote Health To All Sectors Of The Community Enfield Island Village And The Surrounding Area By The Provision Of Personal And Social Development Programmes.3) The Relief Of Unemployment Of Individuals Below The Age Of Twenty-Five In Such Ways As May Be Thought Fit, Including Assistance To Find Employment.
