**Objects:** THE PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE WITH THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR THE  USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF MOULTON, RICHMOND, NORTH YORKSHIRE, INVOLVING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND RELIGIOUS PURPOSES AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION.

**Activities:** Annually we have donated a Christmas Tree for the Village Green, held mulled wine with carols at Christmas and organised Summer  get togethers, all at no cost the our community. We have continued to maintain the Village Association plot of land and host charitable fund raising events. The Association also serves to support other local charities and individuals in need of support.
