Decibels is a UK-arts-based organisation committed to widening access, opportunity and participation so that deaf, deafblind, deafened and hard of hearing people can thrive and be heard.We believe in a world where deaf, deafblind, deafened and hard of hearing people should be able to engage fully with the arts, culture and wider society.
Objects: To Promote The Education And Training Of People With A Variety Of Disabilities For The Purposes Of Enabling Them To Learn, Appreciate And Enjoy Sound, Music, Performance And The Arts Through The Use Of Technology.
