**Objects:** 1)   THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AMONG ESTONIAN STUDENTS, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHOSE EARLIER EDUCATION WAS IN ESTONIA BUT NOT EXCLUDING  STUDENT MEMBERS OF THE ESTONIAN COMMUNITY WITHIN THE UK, IN SUBJECTS WHERE SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE IS BENEFICIAL TO THE ESTONIAN PUBLIC AND/OR TO THE ESTONIAN DIASPORA, BY THE PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE GRANTS AND OR/ASSISTANCE WITH TUITION FEES.2)  TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN PARTICULAR ESTONIANS IN THE ART, MUSIC, HISTORY, LITERATURE, LANGUAGE, AND CULTURE OF ESTONIA.
