reg15terecl as a charity on 22 April 1986. ARMA incorwaled on 2 March 2005 and the Annual General
èeting of ARMA on 25 May 2005 resofved to wind-up the unir*¢ypJrated chaiity. ARMA reregislered

The financial statements have been prepared in accordan￿ with Accounting and Reporting by Charities.

controlled by ts members who a￿ Ihe 35 member organwtions which subscribe to the
Arthritis and Musculoskeletsl Aliance. Every member organisation of the wmpany undgrt8kes
lo contribute such amounts as may be fequirèd not exceeding £1 to the assets of Ihe company
if It should be wound whilst the organisat￿ft is a member or ￿thin one year after the
organisation ceases to be a memb8r.

As a chanty, ArthTltls & Musculoskeletal Allrance Is exempl from lax on Income and gain8
falling within section 505 of the Taxes Act 1988 or s256 of the T8xation of Chargeable Gains
Act 1992 to the extent that these are applied to its charitable objects. No tax charges have
arisen in the Association
