registered as a charity on 22 April 1986. ARMA In￿rpOrated on 2 M￿ch 2005 aThJ the Annual General
Meeting of ARhrtA on 25 May 2005 resolved to ￿l￿-uP the unincorKX)rated charty. ARMA reregistered
with the Chanty Commi￿0n on 5 Awil 2005.
ARMA is governed by the rules a￿1 rwJulations set down in its CA)nyany MemoraTrlum and Articles ol

In commn with most charittes, 2020 has been a very diff8renl year trom the one Origin￿lY plann&Y. The
organisation had to adapt our plans a￿1 resFxJn(I to the pandemic in ways whi¢h Tnade the best use ol
ARMA'S strengths in collatr￿TatIOn and focus on cross cyttirhg issues which requir8 multi-disciplinary
worknng. People with MSK ￿nditionS were impaded by the fact that many NHS sÈrv1¢85 were paused
Lluring thè year and by the laci that manywere taking treatmentswhich put them at higher riskol COVID-
19 and allectèd Ihelr likely response to the vaccine. ARMA members had io suppx)rt people wth MSK
conditions io navigate these dillicu￿.es and professionals whos8 work was impacted by the pandèm￿.
ARMA supported our members to ￿$￿¥)nd effectively to the paThdemic aryj delivered on some work
which was not related to COVltk19. We delwered our first ever fvrfset chat in partnership with NHS

in 2021.
