**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF CROYDON, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION PERSONS FROM MINORITY ETHNIC COMMUNITIES, BY ASSOCIATING COMMUNITY GROUPS, VOLUNTARY AND NATIONAL ORGANISATIONS AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES IN A COMMON EFFORT TO:   I.   RELIEVE POVERTY HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS   II.  ADVANCE EDUCATION   III. PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH    BY SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.

**Activities:** To provid opportunities for BME communities to discuss and prioritise the key issues affectingthem to a view to engaging decision and policy makers at the local level to factor in their prioritiesand planning and delivery public services.To build the capacity of BME voluntary and community sector organisations, To promote good relations between different races, building a cohesive Croydon.
