Objects: 3(A) The Promotion For The Public Benefit Of Urban Or Rural Regeneration In Areas Of Social And Economic Deprivation In Both The United Kingdom And Throughout The World By All Or Any Of The Following Means: (I) The Relief Of Poverty In Such Ways As May Be Thought Fit;(ii) The Advancement Of Education, Training Or Retraining, Particularly Among Unemployed People, And Providing Unemployed People With Work Experience:(iii) The Provision Of Financial Assistance, Technical Assistance Or Business Advice Or Consultancy In Order To Provide Training And Employment Opportunities For Unemployed People In Cases Of Financial Or Other Charitable Need; (Iv) The Provision Of Housing For Those Who Are In Conditions Of Need And The Improvement Of Housing For Those Who Are In Conditions Of Need;(v) Providing Educational Grants To Individuals;(vi) Providing Funding For Educational Facilities And Resources;(vii) Making Donations To Other Charities With Similar Objects; And(viii) Such Other Means As May From Time To Time Be Determined Subject To The Prior Consent Of The Charity Commission For England And Wales.3(b) To Relieve Those In Need And To Protect And Preserve Health In The United Kingdom And Throughout The World By All Of The Following Means:(i) The Relief Of Those In Financial Need, Hardship Or Distress In Such Ways As May Be Thought Fit (Including The Provision Of Financial Support);(ii) The Provision Of Housing For Those Who Are In Conditions Of Need;(iii) Funding Health Facilities And Health And Medical Resources; (Iv) Making Donations To Other Charities With Similar Objects; And(v) Such Other Means As May From Time To Time Be Determined Subject To The Prior Consent Of The Charity Commission For England And Wales.
