In The Interest Of Social Welfare, Mobile Facilities For Education, Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation For The Benefit Of Individuals, And Communities Of The Leicestershire Village Of Broughton Astley And Surrounding Areas; These Individuals And Communities Would Have Need Of These Facilities Because Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement And Are Affected By Disadvantage And These Mobile Facilities Will Improve The Quality Of Life For Such Personsii. In Any Other Way Deemed Fit By The Executive Committee.
