Review of 2020
Income
Income was very much restricted by Covid, with the only fundraising event going ahead being the Emilie’s Trousers ride which raised £15.5K after Gift Aid. The ultimately-postponed 5K event raised £977 after Gift Aid. Personal donations contributed £9.5K after Gift Aid and interest was £72. A full breakdown is given in the document attached.

Sponsorship of Beneficiaries
Sponsorship of beneficiaries was £30K. Three more young adults graduated in 2020 bringing the total to thirty-three who have now graduated after sponsorship from Emilie’s Charities; a further twenty-two are at various stages of their courses. A summary of the current projects worldwide is attached

Money raising events in 2021
Money raising events planned in 2021 are: The Emilie’s Trousers ride, which is planned for February but may need to go ahead later, depending on Covid restrictions; and Emilie’s Picnic, which was cancelled in 2020 and has been rescheduled for June 12[th] 2021. The worldwide Covid situation will be monitored before a decision on when the postponed 5K can take place.
Trustees
Judy Harris was duly reappointed as trustee for four years in January 2021. Lindsay Dolphin and Karen Murray will be due for reappointment in 2022

Residual money is in a bank account to earn interest until required for projects
