**Objects:** (I)  TO PROMOTE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE APPRECIATION OF THE ART AND SCIENCE OF BRASS BAND MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS TO PEOPLE OF ALL AGES BY THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS AND RECITALS AND BY SUCH OTHER WAYS AS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AS THE CHARITY, THROUGH ITS EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE;(II)  TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN PARTICULAR TO LEARN, APPRECIATE AND PARTICIPATE IN BRASS BAND MUSIC.

**Activities:** We are a Brass Band based in the village of Hathern in North Leicestershire. We have 4 Bands - Hathern Band (the main 1st Section contesting Band), Hathern Youth Band (age ranges from 8 - 19years) Hathern Training Band (mostly children but some adults, all at early learning stage) and Hathern Concert Brass (a non contesting band).
