Supporting young people of Ghana who are directly or indirectly affected by HIV and AIDS. Providing health education through information giving and funding educational activities. Support for welfare and providing physical and emotional wellbeing by regular contact.

Objects: 1. The Relief Of Sickness, Poverty And Distress In Particular But Not By Way Of Limitation, Of Those Residing Permanently Or Temporarily In The Republic Of Ghana Primarily But Not Exclusively To Provide Support And Assistance To Young Mothers Who Suffer From, Or Are Affected By The Disease Know As Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome ('AIDS'), Infection By The Human Immunodeficiency Syndrome Virus ('HIV'), Any Other AIDS Related Illness Or Sexually Transmitted Disease And To Relieve Suffering Amongst Orphans, And To Provide Accommodation For Needy Orphans Or Victims Of AIDS On Terms Appropriate To Their Needs, And:2. The Preservation And Protection Of Good Health Primarily But Not Exclusively Among Young People In The Republic Of Ghana, By The Provision Of Education In Those Areas Of Sexual Behaviour, Contraception, Sexual Transmitted Infections And Unwanted Pregnancy And Access To Information, Advice And Counselling In Relation To Health Issues, Nutrition And Hygiene.
