Annual Achievement Awards. Support for black governors and BME teachers and staff BME library project. To provide an arena for the parents of Black children to be empowered, represented and supported on educational issues.Providing information, support and training on education issues and legislation.

Objects: The Objects Of The Association Are:2 To Advance The Education Of The Public In Particular But Not Exclusively By:2.1.1 Educating Teachers, Educational Non-Teaching Staff And Other Educationalists On Such Topics And Issues As The Committee See Fit Including But Not Limited To The Foregoing: Diversity, Cultural Awareness, Racism And Institutional Racism, Exclusion And Any Other Topics And Issues That Affect The Abilities Of Children From Ethnic Or Racial Minority Group Or Groups To Fulfil Their Potential And To Take And Play An Active Part With The Current Educational System Of The United Kingdom Of Great Britain And Northern Ireland;2.1.2 Providing Advice, Information And Support In Particular To The Parents Of Such Children, The Children Themselves And To School And College Governors (Or Any Person Responsible For Educating Those Under The Age Of 18) On The Impacts Of The Law And Any Other Educational Issues Which Affect Such Individuals.the Term 'Ethnic Or Racial Minority Group Or Groups' Refers To Those Members Of The Community Who Are Either Of Afrikan Or Afrikan/caribbean Descent Or Origin But Also Extends To Those Of Chinese, Vietnamese And South Asian Descent Or Origin And To Such Other Group Or Groups As The Committee Determines From Time To Time.
