**Objects:** I) TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES OF EUROPE AND AFRICA, PARTICULARLY IN ENGLAND, NIGERIA, GHANA, SIERRA LEONE, ANGOLA, AND SOUTH AFRICA IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY IN TERMS OF:A) EQUIPPING PEOPLE WITH SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES WHICH THEY DO NOT OTHERWISE HAVE;B) REALIZING EXISTING SKILLS AND DEVELOPING POTENTIALS;C) PROMOTING PEOPLE'S INCREASED SELF CONFIDENCE;D) PROMOTING PEOPLE'S  ABILITY TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IDENTIFYING AND MEETING THEIR OWN, AND OTHER PEOPLE'S NEEDS; AND E) INCONSEQUENCE PROMOTING OF SOCIAL COHESION BY ENCOURAGING PEOPLE TO BECOME INVOLVED IN THEIR COMMUNITY AND WIDER SOCIETY IN FULLER WAY.

**Activities:** Provision of capacity building, management support, employment skills training, Cities Twinning, and community development consultancy, capacity building, women and youth empowerment programmes,  television content filmmaking, sports development and coaching, youth mentoring, organising talent shows, entrepreneurship and livelihood development workshops and support and disability action programmes
