**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION OF MENTAL HEALTH AND TO ASSIST IN RELIEVING AND REHABILITATING PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL DISORDER OR CONDITIONS OF EMOTIONAL OR MENTAL DISTRESS REQUIRING ADVICE OR TREATMENT, IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING AND SURROUNDING AREA (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) IN ASSOCIATION AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AIMS AND OBJECTS OF NATIONAL MIND.

**Activities:** Havering Mind provides a range of services that pro-actively support and educate people about mental health in its local community.  It aims to support individuals in their recovery and promote social inclusion. Raising awareness to reduce stigma around mental health is also a key activity. We won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect.
