TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING QUALITY COACHING AND THE AVAILABILITY OF QUALITY EQUIPMENT WHICH WILL ENABLE YOUNG CRICKETERS IN SOUTH WARWICKSHIRE TO PLAY CRICKET AND THEREBY ASSIST IN DEVELOPING THEIR PHYSICAL EDUCATION.   2.  TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PHYSICAL RECREATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR YOUNG PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
