Charity law r¢quires the trustees to prepare accounts for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs and profit and loss of the Charity for that period. In preparing these accounts, the trustees are Tequired to: _ -select Suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently. -make adjustments and estimates that are reasonable and prudent. -Prepare the accounts on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the charity will continue in operation. The trustees are responsible for keeping adequate accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the Charity and to enabl¢ them to ensure that the accounts comply with the Charities Acts. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the Charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities. I report on the accounts of Niaz Foundation for the year ended 31" March 2025 set out on pages 6 to Respective Responsibilities of trustees and indepelldent examiner The Charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 43(2) of the Charity Act 1993(the Act) as amended by the section 28 of the Charity Act 2006 and that independent examination is iieeded. It is my responsibility to examine the accounts under section 43(3) of the Act, as amended, to follow the procedures laid down in the General Direction given by the Charity Commission under section 43(7)(b) of the Act, as amended, and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of Independent Examiners Statement My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a Comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking evidence that would be required in an audit and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'trne and fair view, and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.
