**Objects:** (A)  TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE MENTAL HEALTH OF SOUTH ASIAN WOMEN AND GIRLS AND RELIEVE THOSE SUFFERING OR WHO HAVE SUFFERED FROM MENTAL HEALTH ILLNESS;(B)  TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATIONAL AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING WOMEN'S CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** Create awareness around mild/moderate mental health illnesses for south Asian women and girls in Bradford, thus building confidence, self-esteem and improving quality of life.
