The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation And Other Leisure Time Activities In The Interests Of Social Welfare With A View To Improving The Conditions Of Life Of Those Individuals.2. To Advance The Education By The Promotion And Preservation Of The Cultures And Languages Of East Africans And The Provision Of Interpreting And Translation Services.3. The Relief Of Poverty By The Provision Of General Advice, Health Advice, Information And Support.
