TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND DISTRESS, PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH AND ADVANCE EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, SUPPORT, INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE IN SUCH MATTERS AS HEALTH, EDUCATION, TRANSLATION SERVICES, HOUSING AND WELFARE RIGHTS AND SUCH OTHER SERVICES AS THE TRUSTEES DEEM NECESSARY.2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN ALL ASPECTS OF CENTRAL AFRICAN CULTURE, ARTS, HISTORY, LANGUAGES AND RELIGION.3.
