The Charity's Objects ("The Objects") Are For The Benefit Of The Public Generally And, Inparticular, The Inhabitants Of The North East And Cumbria And Their Surroundingareas:-3.1. To Promote Community Participation In Healthy Recreation By Providing Facilities For Theplaying Of Rugby Union, Rugby League And Other Sports ("Facilities" In This Clause 3Means Land, Buildings, Equipment And Organising Sporting Activities);3.2. To Provide And Assist In Providing Facilities For Sport, Recreation Or Other Leisure Timeoccupation Of Such Persons Who Have Need For Such Facilities By Reason Of Theiryouth, Age, Ethnicity, Infirmity Or Disablement, Poverty Or Social And Economiccircumstances Or For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With Theobject Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life; And3.3.
