To Promote The Public Benefit In Relation To Flaybrick Memorial Gardens, Birkenhead, Wirral And To Encourage The Flora And Fauna Of The Gardens In An Effort To Develop The Site As A Public Garden And Arboretum And In Such Other Ways As To Preserve IT, Particularly Its Essential Character As Determined By Landscaper Edward Kemp, As A Place Of Historic And Other Interest And Beauty, And To Permit The Cemetery (or Such Part Thereof As May Be Available For The Purpose) To Be Used As A Public Burial Ground.2. To Preserve, Maintain And Restore For The Benefit Of The Public The Flaybrick Chapels.3. To Advance The Education Of The Public In The History Of The Chapels And Monuments And The Preservation Of The Flora And Fauna Associated With The Cemetery In Particular But Not Exclusively By The Presentation Of Talks, Slide Shows And Walks.4. The Provision, Maintenance Or Improvement Of A Public Park Or Other Public Amenity In The Vicinity Of A Landfill Site, Where IT Is For The Protection Of The Environment.5. The Conservation Or Promotion Of Biological Diversity Through The Maintenance Or Recovery Of A Species In Its Natural Habitat, On Land Or In Water Situated In The Vicinity Of The Landfill Site.6. The Maintenance, Repair Or Restoration Of A Building Or Other Structure, Which Is A Place Of Religious Worship, Or Is Of Historic Or Architectural Interest And Which Is Open To The Public, Where IT Is For The Protection Of The Environment.
