This<br>represented 19% of the total income of<br>CWET that year and was a significant<br>contribution to the operational and<br>administrative running costs of the<br>organisation.<br><br>Administering and collecting Gift Aid on<br>appropriate donations<br><br>Networking and promoting the charity<br>and the work of its beneficiary charity in<br>Zambia among the general public<br><br>Regularly liaising with the CEO and<br>with the Founding Director of CWET.<br>Assessing CWET monthly management<br>reports to ensure Chipembele Trust’s<br>objectives remain up-to-date and<br>relevant.<br><br>Supporting CWET in its achievement as<br>the leading conservation education<br>NGO in Zambia and in particular its<br>support of vulnerable Zambian youth in<br>their education<br><br>2 of the Trustees visited CWET in<br>September 2024 (another of the<br>Trustees is the Founding Director and<br>is based there all year round). They<br>visited the projects and met the CEO<br>and other staff to have a clear<br>understanding of where the money they<br>had raised as a UK charity was being<br>spent<br>Chipembele Trust’s support of CWET in<br>2024 helped the organisation to provide an<br>extensive and successful conservation<br>education programme in 29 Government<br>schools and hundreds of local community<br>groups. It also helped provide sponsorship<br>for 40 school students and 18 university<br>students.|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ("the Trust") for the year ended 31/1212024.
Responsibilities and As the charily trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
