**administratively stable it does not**
**face any significant risks. However,**

**fluctuations and high inflation rates**
**(22.8% in 2021) which affect the**
**annual budget and the funds available**
**for operations and programmes. To**
**help mitigate this risk in 2021, the**
**Trustees agreed hold on to the funds**
**during a particularly unstable political**
**time when there were General**
**Elections. Once the new Government**
**was in place the currency exchange**
**rate stabilised and the funds were**
