**Objects:** 1) TO CONSERVE WILD BIRDS AND THE WIDER ENVIRONMENT ON WHICH WILD BIRDS DEPEND, MAINTAINING BIRD NUMBERS, DIVERSITY AND NATURAL GEOGRAPHIC DISTRIBUTION;2) TO CONSERVE NATURAL AND SEMI-NATURAL HABITATS AND TO RE-CREATE HABITATS;3) TO ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO PRACTISE THE CONSERVATION OF WILD BIRDS AND HABITATS; AND4) TO PROMOTE KNOWLEDGE OF CONSERVATION THROUGH EDUCATION AND RESEARCH.

**Activities:** In promoting it's environmental objects the Charity makes grants to the RSPB, or any organisation such as landfill operators, environmental bodies or other organisations operating within the context of the Landfill Communities Fund.
