Strncture, Governance and Management
The charity is controlled by its governing d{￿Umen4 a deed of trust and constiiutes an unincoryK)rated charity. It has seven trustees
who are re-appointed annually at the Annual General Meeting. New trustees are appointed by existing tTUStees using the provisions
of thc governing docuTnent.
Objectives and Activities
The objectives of ihe charily ar¢ as follows:
Promotion of health and relief of sick. ill and disabled people particularly but not exclusively by the use of natural
healing methods and the provision of herbal medicines:
Education of public on all health matiers and in particular in the growing and harvesting and storage of wholesome
foodstuffs in nulrition in food preparation: and
Conservation of the environment in general and in particular the taking of remedial action where neglect pollution or
any other cause is having an adverse effect on the health of the local population.
The activity of the chariiy is as follows".
Operation of free advisory clinics.
The trustees have reviewed iheir objectives. policies and aclivilies lo ensure they coniinue to reflect the charity's aims. In
carrying out this review they have considered the Charity's Commission's revised general guidance on publtc benefit.
Aeblevements and performance
The charity has achieved a great deal over the years by:
Caring for those afflIC￿d and affected by Lyrne Disease in all sthges;
Creating Lyme Diseasc Awareness Campaigns;
Opening a Helpline for those with Lymc DÉscase offering Integrated Medicine advice.
Creating facilities in clinic for those wilh Neurological Conditions:
Facilities now available for on line FREE consultations"
Setting up organic hejb growing facilities.
Setting up endangered wild plant Speci￿ facilities:
Mental Hcalth 5UPIK)rt and ¢ounselling• and
Working with those in the community who need support.
The charity relies on the volun*ers lo meet the objc¢lives of the charity.
Financial revlew
During the year, the charity had net receipts of £3,056 in the year (2023: net receipts £192). Total receipts increas￿ by
£5.880 to £36.602. which included a restricied grant of £5,(KK) that was given by Screwfix towards the building costs of the
new clinic and dispensary. This work was Siill ongoing at the year end. The tolal cash funds held at the year end were
£3.283 {2023: £227). of which £1.130 represented restricted funds. The remaining flnds are unrestricled funds. The charity's
policy on reserves is that where operationally possible, to hold sufficient funds either in liquid investments, cash or realisable
assets to meet the immediate contractual obligaiions of the charity.
Risk and Investments
The trustees have assessed the major risks to which this charity is exposed relaiing to its operations and finances and a
satisfied ihat under the present system ihere is no significant exposure.
Investment policy need not be considered as the charity has no significant investments.

I report to the trustees on my examinaiion on the accounis of The Global Natural Health Care Trust ('the charity) for the year
ended 28 February 2024, which are sel out on pages 4- 6.
This report is made solely to the charity's trustees. as a body. in accordance with section 154 of the Charities Act 2011. My
independent examiner's work has been undertaken so that I tnight state lo the charity's irustees those matters I am required
to state lo them in an independenl examiner's report and for no oiher purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law. I do not
accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than the charity and the charity's trustees as a body for my independent
examiner's work, for this report, or for th¢ opinions I have fornied.

requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act,).
I report in respect of my examination of the charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying
oul my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by Ihe Charity Comtnission under seclion 145(5)(b) of
the Acl.

I have completed my examinalion. I confirni Ihat no material matters have come to my aitention in Connection wilh the
examination which gives me cause to believe that in, material respect:
accounting records were not kept tn accordance with section 130 of the Act or
the accounts do nol accord with the accounting records.
I have no concerns and have come across no oiher matters in ¢onneciion with the examination ¢0 which atten(ion should be

The loan balance carried forward at the year end is £4.864 (2023: £4,864), which is repayable to Ms A Montague-Thomas on
demand. The loan had nol changed during the year.
The charity uses Ms A Moniaguc-Thomas's personal vehicles for charily business and ha5 agreed 10 pay ihe moloring costs
for these.
Ms A Montsgue-Thomas has privately paid for expenses for the charity amounting to £2.506 during ihe year. These are to be
treated as a donation in kind. The charity also uses premises owncd by Ms A Montague-Thomas for offi¢e spacc and
dispcnsary al no charge.
FIXED ASSETS
Fixed assets are recorded ai original cost.
RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
In previous years ihe charity has made multiple payments on behalf of the sister charily Lyme Disease GNHCT
Scotland. The amount due to the charity from the Scottish sister charity at the year end was £3,719 (2023: (£3,719)).
The chariiy received donations from Trustees amounting to £7,972 during ihe year (2023: £6,220).
