**Activities:** Educate and inform MPs regarding climate change and policy options for promoting renewable energy.  Collaborate with development agencies to build capacity of parliaments in developing countries to make policy on climate and clean energy.  Build up a network of interested MPs in Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
