Keys Law (formerly called Robing)ns Solicitors) with Alan Robinson aTrJ Anne Hindley if funding is

The trustees are aware of the need to manage risk in the organization. The main risk is the
continuation of funding or income streams. The CCA does not charge for the welfare rights benefit

further income is derived by way of Gift Aid.
Objectives and Activities
The object of the company is to womote the LEnefft of the inhabitsrts of Qosby and North
Lincolnshire without distinction of gender, sexual orientstion, ra￿ or political, rdigious or other
opinions by the provision of a free and impartial welfare benefft advi￿ Servi￿ in an effort to
redu￿ povety.
In deleloping the main objectives for the followiThJ year the Tnstees have given regard to the
Charity Commission guidan￿ on public benefiL
The main objectives a￿ to continue with the provision of the present Servi￿ to ensure social
inclusion for all who need advi￿ and help.
Valuable volunteers will continue to run our drop in centre, selling second hand donated clothing
and bric a brac, tea arKI coffee. The income derived will continue to help support the free advice
and advocacy offered by the organisation. Tr CCA will continue to ensure that the provision has
reached those in need of our help throughout Crosby and North Lincolnshi￿.

Reconsiderations.
870/0 of the dients have a disabilty either physical or mentsl, have a long-temi health problem,
have a learning difficulty or have mentsl health issjes.
From these cases we have markiged to g￿rate £1,144,436 for our dient, which has b￿n put
back into our communty.
During the year our Communty Fridge Proj* reduced food waste in our communty, savirrfJ more
than 20 tonnes of food from going to landfill

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention with
items recognised at transattion value unless otherwise stated in relevant notes to these
accounts. The accounts have b￿n prepared in accordan￿ with the Statement of
Recommended Prdctice: Accounting and Reporting by Charities preparing their accounts
in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of
Ireland (FRS 102) effective from l# January 2019 and with the Charities Act 2011.
1.2 Company status
TFE charity is a company limited by guarartee. The members of the company are the
directors named on page l.
1.3 Incoming resources
Grants received of a revenue nature are credited to Incoming Resour￿ in the
Statement of Financial ktivities when the company is legally entitled to the income and
the amount can be quantified with reasorkible accuracy.
SeNces provided, investment income arKI rerts are accounted for on the accruals basis.
Other income is accounted for when received. All income is shown gross with associat￿1
costs induded in expenditu￿.
Grants received to fund the purthase of r￿ed assets are credi￿1 to the Statement of
Financial Activities when the company is legally entitled to the income. The related
expenditure is tharged to Tangible Assets in the Balan￿ Sh

All expenditure is accounted for on an accruals basis and has b&n dassffied under
headings that aggregate costs rdated to the category. Where costs cannot be directly
attributed to particular headings they have been allocated to activities on a basi5
