**Objects:** -TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE CONSERVATION PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT.- TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT.

**Activities:** A  voluntary run conservation group which manages the Spring Wood picnic site near Whalley, Lancashire.  Volunteers meet at least once per month to carry out general maintenance of the woodland, conservation and educational  projects.

**Area of benefit:** NOT DEFINED BUT IN PRACTICE WHALLEY, RIBBLE VALLEY.
