THE TERN 'SPECIAL NEEDS' SHALL APPLY TO THOSE PERSONS IN RECEIPT OF ATTENDANCE ALLOWANCE OR EQUIVALENT.B) THE RELIEF OF PARENTS, CARERS AND FAMILIES OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEED THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND RESPITE IN SUCH PARTS OF BRENTWOOD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA AND BY SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
