Activities

HAHP was set up in 2001. To respond to the Health and Social Care needs of the African migrant communities in Hounslow.Mission is to improve the physical and mental health of African families and individuals to ensure that people lead a reasonable quality of life. HAHP's overall aim is to raise sexual health awareness with specific focus on HIV /AIDS prevention work.

Objects: To Relieve Sickness And Distress, Preserve And Protect Good Health And Advance The Education Of African Migrant Communities Resident In The Borough Of Hounslow By The Provision Of Information, Advice, Advocacy, Support And Assistance In Such Matters As Health, Particularly Hiv/aids Awareness, Education And Training In Computer Skills, Translation Services, Housing And Welfare Benefits And Such Other Services As The Trustees Shall Deem Necessary With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life Of Such Persons.
