**Objects:** PRIMARILY TO BENEFIT THE INHABITANTS OF EAST SUSSEX OF BENGALI ETHNIC ORIGIN BY;-   THE RELIEF OF THE BENEFICIARIES STATED IN THE PRECEDING CLAUSE BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND INFORMATION ON EDUCATION, TRAINING, WELFARE AND OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SAID INHABITANTS AND SUPPORTING RELIEF IN NEED.-   THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR SUCH INHABITANTS WHO ARE IN NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
