TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN PARTICULAR PEOPLE LIVING, WORKING OR STUDYING IN TOWER HAMLETS THROUGH PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES PROVIDED BY THE CHARITY, AND BY PARTNERING ORGANISATIONS WHOSE AIMS ARE COMPLEMENTARY TO THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY
