**Objects:** 1.  TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITY OF IRISH TRAVELLERS IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY; AND 2.  TO PROMOTE EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY AND RACIAL HARMONY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY ENCOURAGING OTHERS TO UNDERSTAND THE CULTURE AND NEEDS OF IRISH TRAVELLERS AND HIGHLIGHTING THE NEEDS OF AND ISSUES EFFECTING IRISH TRAVELLERS.

**Activities:** TM works to develop the capacity and skills of the socially and economically disadvantaged communities of ethnic Romani, Roma and Irish Traveller communities so they are better able to participate more fully in society. TM also promotes equality and diversity by encouraging others to understand the culture and needs of all ethnic Romani, Roma and Irish Traveller Communities.
