Trustees are requlred to prepare flnanclal statements for each flnanclal year whlch glve a true and
falr vlew of the state of affairs of the charlty and of the Income and expendlture account of the
charlty for that perlod. In preparlng those flnanclal ststements, the trustees are requlred to:
select sultable accountln8 pollcles and then apply them conslstentlyj
make Judgements and e5tlmates that are reasonable and prudent;
prepare the flnanclal statements on the 8oln8 concem basls unless It Is Inapproprlate to presume
that thls basls applles.

accuracy 8t any tlme the flnanclal posltlon of the charlty and to enable them to ensure

The charlty Is constltuted by a Deed of Settlement dated 16 June 2CQ4 amended on 18 August 21))4
and Is re8lStered with the Charlty Commlssloners No 1107060. It Is admlnlstered by Trustees,

The charlty's objectlves are to apply the Income and all or such parts of the ¢apltal for or towards
such charitsble purposes and to make donatlons to such charltable Institutlons as the Settlor and hls
Successors shall dlrect the Trustees to do.

The charlty recefved £123,24612022 £159,339) In donatbons Includlng tax reclalm durlng the year.
The charlty donated £131,95512022 £151,904) to twenty one {2022 twenty three} worthy causes,
after havln8 had due regard to the Charlty Commlssloners 8uSdance on publSc benefit.

consideratron of any unusual Ilems or disclosures In the Flnanclal Statements, and seeklng
explanatlons from you a5 Trustees concernln8 such matters. The pmcedures undertaken do not
provlde all the evldence that would be requlred In an audlt and consequently no audlt oplnlon Is
expressed on the vlew 8lven by the Financial Statements.
