Governing Document
Living Hope Church (Kemi Ilori Ministries) Limited is a company limited by guarantee governed by its Memorandum and Articles of Association dated 31[st] March 2004. It is registered as a charity with the Charity Commission. Anyone over the age of 18 can become a member of the Company.
Organisation
The Trustees administer the charity.
Objectives and activities
The object of the charity is:
- To promote the Christian faith based on the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ through Churches and non-Church organisations, through the media, community and cultural events and missionary activities.
The main goals for the year were:

Review, relaunch and redevelop all Living Hope Church branches in all the countries of our operation.

Respond strategically to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Organise events and meetings focused on Christian worship, teaching and education.

Offer moral, ethical, material, technical and professional support for Church members and groups to promote the mission and vision of Living Hope Church.

How we accomplished the goals

We established an International Board to monitor and govern the operations of Living Hope Church.

We produced a vision and mission document, Our Faith, Our Life detailing our strategic and operational framework.

We produced a five-year developmental plan, responding to the impact of Covid-19 and looking ahead to positive changes and measures to safeguard our vision and mission.

We trained and ordained 7 new pastors and 5 new ministers for our churches in Nigeria, the UK and Zimbabwe.

We opened 2 new branches of our church in Nigeria and 2 new branches in Zimbabwe.

We established Zoom and Free Conference Call contracts to ensure virtual church services throughout the UK and for our overseas churches.

We revamped our website to showcase new areas of ministry, including a church store and to allow interactive engagement with all our online visitors.

We strengthened our church in Uganda by investing in a mission house.

We successfully carried out all our 2020 schedule of events and meetings focused on Christian worship, teaching and education.

We offered moral, ethical, material, technical and professional support for Church members and groups to promote the Christian faith, where applicable .

Financial Review
The Charity is reliant on the voluntary donations of Church members and the public.
Investment powers and policy
Under the Memorandum and Articles of Association, the charity has the power to invest in any way the Trustees wish. We invested in establishing a mission house for our church in Kampala, Uganda.
Reflections and Plans for future periods
Our five-year developmental plan is focused on acquiring land and developing a mission centre in Leeds by 2025. We also plan to open new branches in the US and Canada in 2022.
