**Objects:** THE FURTHERANCE OF ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN ENGLAND AS THE CHARITY MAY DETERMINE AND IN PARTICULAR BY:(1) THE PROVISIONS OF FACILITIES AND SERVICES DESIGNED TO FURTHER THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS IN THE COMMUNITY, AND(2) THE PROVISION OF A COMMUNITY TRANSPORT SERVICE, AND(3) THE PROVISION OF COMMUNITY SERVICES TO PROMOTE THE INDEPENDENCE OF ELDERLY AND VULNERABLE PEOPLE.

**Activities:** Bassetlaw Action Centre is a community resource organisation and provides facilities & services designed to further educate people in the community, a community transport service, and a range of community projects and services which enable individuals to continue to live independently.  The services are offered across Bassetlaw,  Nottinghamshire and through partner organisations across England.
