To Promote Humane Behaviour Towards Horses And Other Animals Which Are In Need Of Care And Attention By Reason Of Age, Sickness, Maltreatment, Poor Circumstances Or Ill Usage And To Educate The Public In Matters Pertaining To Animal Welfare In General And The Prevention Of Cruelty And Suffering Among Animals.3. To Do All Such Things As Will Further The Attainment Of These Objects Subject To The Proviso That Nothing Will Be Done Which Will Or May Prevent The Objects Of The Company Being Deemed To Be Charitable.
