example: Dwarf CcKrJnut. ManwEs. Oranges. Guavas and a crop that was lost
to HurrT(xne Maria.

FINANCIAL REVIEW
The results of the yearfs operation a￿ set (Mrt in Ihe attath&J financial
Statem￿ts. Tr net mvement in funds for the year amounted to -£5.427 and
£5,829 in 2024 respethvety. The ￿taIned resefves at 31st March 2025
amounted to -£10.377.
RESERVE POUCY
The Charity Commission requires tharilies lo detem11￿ and explain their
policy for free ￿SerVes. The truslees have reviewed the organisation's free
Teserves poliw and have tumed rts entire unrestricted fiJrKI into an eMerg￿cY
reseNe lo enable ZODIAC ARTS to meet its obligatK)ns in the event of a
shortfall in incx)me or sudden uptum in expeThJiture.
RISK MANAGEMENT
The trustees have examined the major risks whith ZODIAC ARTS faces and
believe that maintainiTVJ their free reserves at a reasonable level. combined
with their annual review of Ihe ￿ntrOlS over key financial systems will provide
sufficient res(MJrces in the event of adverse condilions. The trustees have also
examined other operational and business risks whith they fa￿ and confinn
that they have established systems to mitsgate the signif￿ant risks.
