The charity has complied with the duty under the Charits'es Act 2011 to have due regard to public beneffit
guidance published by the Commi55ion.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE

The Hamby Foundation continues to work elosely alongside the centre for orphans and street children. Project
Romania Rescue (PRR) The Hamby Foundation supports PRR with monie$ for lood, staff wages. electricity,
transport costs. water and gas
PRR have been able to expand their over the past year and now house around 40 boys and girts and
young people in two care homes They also feed and clothe children tho live on the streets, and we support
this work with money for food. clothing and medicine.
The Hamby Foundation also helps poor old people. famil*s in need and othef aid agenGies with individual
donations and gifts.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above chanty ("the Trust") for the year
ended 31 March 2024 set out on pages 5 and 6.

As the charity trustees of the Trust. you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance with the requirements of the Chanlies Act 2011 {"the Acr'i.
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011
AGt and in carryin9 Qut my examinatson. I have foll0v￿￿ all the applicable Directsons given by the Charity
Commission under section 145(5){bl ol the Act.
