TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE OCCUPATION FOR MOTHERS AND CHILDREN RESIDING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
