Structure? governAnce and management
The Charity is constituted as a Company Limited by Guarantee, and is therefore governed by its
Memorandum and Articles of Association.
The Governors (Trustees) administer the day-to-day affairs of the Charity. None of the Trustees have
any beneficial interest in the Charity.
It is not currently the intention of the Trustees of the Charity to appoint new Trustees. Should the
situation change in the future, the Trustees will apply suitable recruitment training and induction
procedures.
Objectives and activities
The Company is established to further both in the United Kingdom and abroad those purposes
recognised as charitable by English Law. To achieve these objects, the Company uti lises its income to
make grants and donations.
Achievements and performance
During the year the Company continued to pursue its philanthropic objects in support of educational,
religious and other Charitable Organi5ations which was in accordance with the guidance of the
Charity Commission relating to Public Benefit.

Financial review
The financial results of the charity's activities for the year to 31 March 2025 are fully reflected in the
attached Financial Statements together with the Notes thereon.
Reserves Policy
It is the policy of the charity to maintain unrestricted funds, which include the free reserves of the
charity, at a level which the trustees think appropriate, after considering the future commitments of
the charity and the likely costs of the charity for the next year.
PlaDS for future periods
The trustees plan to continue to make distributions in accordance with their grant making policy and
to ensure that an appropriate level of reserves is maintained.

Risk Manydgement
The trnstees plan to continue to mak¢ distributions in accordance with their grant making policy and
to ensure that an appropriate level of reserves is maintained. The trustees have identified and
reviewed the major risks to which the charity is exposed, in particular those related to the operations
and finance of the charity. and are satisfied that systems are in place to manage those risks.
Small company provisions
This report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies entitled to
the small companies exemption.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the financial statements of Chitov Limited ('the charity,)
for the year ended 31 March 2025.
Responsibilities and basis of report
The trustees are also the directors of the company for the purposes of company law are responsible
for the preparation of the financial statements. Th¢ trustees consider that an audit is not required for
this year under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent
examination is needed. The charity's gross income exceeded £25,000 and l am qualified to undertake
the examination by being a qualified member of 'Accounting body,. Having satisfied myself that the
charity is not subject to audit under company law and is eligible for independent examination, it is my
responsibility to.,
examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act.
to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of th¢ 2011 Act. and
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

I have completed my examination, S confirm that no matters have come to my attention in connection
with the examination giving me cause to believe:
accounting records were not kept in respect of the charity as required by section 386 of the
2006 Act. or
the financial statements do not accord with those records. or
the financial statements do not comply with the accounting requirements of section 396 of
the 2006 Act other than any requirement that the accounts give a 'trLie and fair, view which
is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination. or
the financial statem¢nts have not been prepared in accordance with the methods and
principles of the Statement of Recommended Practice for accounting and ￿porting by
charities applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial
Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102).
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the exarnination to
which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the

General information
The charity is a publ ic benefit entity and a private company limited by guarantee. registered in
England and Wales and a registered charity in England and Wales. The address of the registered
office is New Burlington House, 1075 Finchley Road, London, NWI I OPU.
Statement of compliance
These financial statements have been prepared in compliance with FRS 102, 'The Financial
Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland,, the Statement of
Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (Charities
SORP (FRS 102)) and the Companies Act 2006.
Accounting policies
Basis of preparatlon
The financial statements have been prepared on the historical Cost basis, as modifjed by the
revaluation of certain financial assets and liabilities and investment properties measured at fair
value through income or expenditure.
The financial statements are prepared in sterlin& which is the functional currency of the entity.
Going concern
There are no material uncertainties about the charity's ability to continue.
Judgements and key sources of e$timatlOD uncertainty
In the application of the charity's accounting policies, the trustees are required to make
judgements, estimates and assumptions about the carrying amounts of assets and liabilities that
are not readily apparent from other sources. These estimates and associated assumptions are
based on historical experience and other factors that are considered to be relevant. Actual results
may differ from these estimates.
The estimates and underlying assumptions are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Revisions to
accounting estimates are recognised in the period in which the estimate is revised if the revision
affects only that period, or in the period of the revision and future periods if the revision affects
l)oth current and futurc periods.
The trustees do not consider there are any critical judgements or sources of estimation
uncertainty requiring disclosure beyond the accounting policies listed below.

Incoming resources
All incoming resources are included in the statement of financial activities when entitlement has
passed to the charity. it is probable that the economic benefits associated with the transaction
will flow to the charity and the amount can be reliably measured. The following specific policies
are applied to particular categories of income:
income from donations or grants is recognised when there is evidence of entitlement to the
gift, receipt is probable and its amount can be measured reliably.
legacy income is recognised when receipt is probable and entitlement is established.
income from donated goods is measured at the fair value of the goods unless this is
impractical to measure reliably, in which case the value is derived from the cost to the
donor or the estimated resale value. Donated facilities and services are recognised in the
accounts when received if the value can be reliably measured. No amounts are included for
the contribution of general volunteers.
income from contracts for the supply of services is recognised with the delivery of the
contracted service. This is classified as unrestricted funds unless there is a contractual
requirement for it to be spent on a particular purpose and returned if unspent, in which case
it may be regarded as restricted.
Resources expended
Expenditure is recognised on an accruals basis as a liability is incurred. Expenditure includes
any V AT which cannot be fully recovered, and is classified under headings of the statement of
financial activities to which it relates:
expenditure on raising funds includes the costs of all fundraising activities, events, non-
charitable trading activities, and the sale of donated goods.
expenditur¢ on charitable activities includes all costs incurred by a charity in undertaking
activities that further its charitable aims for the benefil of its beneficiaries. including those
support costs and costs relating to the governance of the charity apportioned to charitable
activities.
other expenditure includes all expenditure that is neither related to raising funds for the
charity nor part of its expenditure on charitable activiti¢s.
All costs are allocated to expenditure categories reflecting the use of tlie resource, Direct costs
attributable to a single activity are allocated directly to that activity. Shared costs are
apportion¢d between the activities they contribute to on a reasonable, justifiable and consistent
