**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE THE RELIEF OF NEED OF ASIAN AND OTHER WOMEN AND CHILDREN WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN PARTICULAR:(A) TO UNDERTAKE RESEARCH AND CONSULTATIVE PROCESSES RELEVANT TO THE NEEDS OF ASIAN AND OTHER WOMEN WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND DISSEMINATE THE RESULTS OF THIS RESEARCH PRIMARILY TO POLICY MAKERS;(B) TO PROVIDE TRAINING TO PEOPLE WORKING WITH ASIAN AND OTHER WOMEN AND CHILDREN WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED DOMESTIC VIOLENCE;(C) TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO SUPPORT THE NEEDS OF ASIAN AND OTHER WOMEN AND CHILDREN WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.

**Activities:** Imkaan is a UK-based, black feminist organisation dedicated to addressing violence against women and girls. As a second-tier, human rights organisation, with national membership, Imkaan represents the expertise and perspectives of front-line specialist women's services that work to prevent and respond to violence against women and girls.
